The Transfer Team in the Registrar's Office at WCU uses TES as a tool for communication, documentation, and data-informed decision-making. Every department head, program director, and coordinator at WCU has a TES account that is used to facilitate course equivalencies. We use our Course Equivalency Database (a continually evolving spreadsheet) to facilitate which courses should be sent. With the fluidity of transfer courses, communication, and documentation is vital.
