The result is not only a greater capacity to meet challenges, but to enhance our overall health, develop a resilient mindset, and to experience more ease in our personal and professional lives. This series is anchored in pioneering stress research and incorporates evidence-based interventions from the fields of mindfulness, positive psychology and neuroscience. Participants will have the opportunity to participate in short reflections, paired discussions, exercises, and short mindfulness practices they can easily apply and experiment with during their daily lives.
