Paula Compton is the Associate Vice Chancellor of Articulation and Transfer of the Ohio Department of Higher Education and Executive Director of the Ohio Articulation and Transfer Network. She provides leadership and direction for all aspects of Ohio’s Articulation and Transfer initiative, including the implementation of law related to articulation and transfer; and leadership for the statewide Articulation and Transfer Network Oversight Board and the OATN Advisory Council, the Faculty Subcommittee, and 105 faculty panels and committees. Paula develops budgets and manages resources to support the work of articulation and transfer at the many campus partners throughout the state. She coordinates state-level activities, establishes program policy with the Articulation and Transfer Network Oversight Board, and continues the implementation of statewide policies through work with the transfer constituents throughout Ohio.
