Jessica Migler (she/her) is Assistant Director for Transfer at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities where she provides system leadership and support to the colleges and universities on issues of interpretation and implementation of Transfer and Minnesota Transfer Curriculum policies, procedures, and operating instructions.

Jessica has worked in a variety of higher education environments, including multiple state systems, technical colleges, community colleges, and universities, as well as in both urban and rural settings. Her expertise lies in fostering collaboration between departments and institutions to guide student success initiatives.
