This session will share information on the diversity of Illinois transfer student populations and transfer student success rates. We will provide an overview of several statewide and systemwide transfer initiatives that have proven successful in transfer student recruitment and completion. With increasing restrictions on diversity initiatives in enrollment management, many Higher Ed professionals are seeking new ways to accomplish their goals. Increasing transfer enrollment is an excellent option for building a diverse student population!
