1:00 PM - 2:00 PMProcessing Transfer at Scale

USC, partnering with CollegeSource, developed a service to enable student prospects to self-report their completed and IP course data. The service provides validation of course data – properly formatted prefix and suffix – based on data found in existing CollegeSource data sets. The self-reported data is ready for consumption within most ERP Transfer Articulation systems. For the 2023 application cycle, our third year using the service, we received 3739 self-reported transcripts representing almost 40% of our applicant pool.
